AlignSource’s team of veteran healthcare recruiters is always on the look out for great candidates. Drawing upon our many years of industry experience and our wide network of contacts, we are constantly in the marketplace, seeking out opportunities to bring job seekers and employers together.

Our process for job seekers: We make it easy!


  1. It all starts with a resume. You can either:
    — Go to the Search Jobs page to view posted jobs and apply online. You’ll be guided through the registration and resume submission process.
    — Or you can follow a Register and Submit Your Resume link on the right to register and submit your resume.
  2. Either way, AlignSource recruiters review the resume and offer assistance as needed.
  3. If we see a potential fit with a current search, the job seeker is contacted and the job opportunity discussed in detail.
  4. If the job seeker is interested, we submit the resume to the employer. The job seeker is kept informed of the status.
  5. If the employer agrees, an interview is arranged.
  6. After the interview, AlignSource collects feedback from both parties.
  7. When an offer is made we will assist in the process, all the way to the start date.
