Our process for job seekers: We make it easy!

We work with job seekers in a number of different, interrelated ways, as recruiters, coaches, and counselors.  Our team is trained to empathize--they will listen to you!  We stay with you at every step, on a 24/7 basis, guiding you to what we hope will be a successful offer and acceptance.

1. Early in the process, we will need your resume in hand.  You can:.
   — Go to the Search Jobs page to view posted jobs and apply online for a specific opening
   — Or you can follow a Register and Submit Your Resume link on the right. 
   — Or you can provide your resume in another manner.
2. AlignSource recruiters review your resume.  If we see a potential fit with a current search, you will be contacted and the job opportunity discussed in detail. 
3. If you are interested, we will conduct a Needs Analysis taking into account your background, relevant experience, employment history, accomplishments, what’s important to you, what you are looking for in your next position, as well as your short and long term career goals.
4. If we continue to see a potential fit, we will submit your resume to our client.  You will be kept informed of your status.
5. Once we’ve established with our client that you meet the qualifications and are an experiential and cultural fit, we begin the interviewing process, for which, with our help, you will be fully prepared.   We will prep you for each interview, whether telephonic, web-based, onsite or otherwise, as well as conduct thorough client and candidate debriefs subsequently to obtain feedback.
6. When it comes time for us to discuss a compensation package with your prospective employer, we will coordinate the process based on parameters we have outlined together.
7. When an offer is made we will assist in the process, all the way to the start date and beyond.
