Our process for employers: How AlignSource works for you

  1. When you place a job order with us, you are assigned an account manager who confers with you on the details of the order(s), and other issues.
  2. You are given access to your account on our secure website.
  3. Your account manager posts the job(s) on our website, searches our database of candidates, and reaches out to potential candidates through our network of contacts.
  4. When we find appropriate candidates, we first carefully screen them to fit your requirements. We then submit them to you for evaluation. You can review their qualifications in your secure web space, or through other means.
  5. When you wish to interview a candidate, AlignSource coordinates the meeting and assists all along the way.
  6. After the interview, AlignSource contacts you and the candidate for feedback. If a candidate is chosen an offer is tendered through AlignSource. If the offer is accepted we assist in arranging the final steps in the process and bringing the new hire on board.
