AlignSource uses sourcing techniques common to our industry, including data bases, internet research, networking, and cold-calling.  What really sets us apart, however, is our strict process, specifically how we strive to understand motivations, and how we manage and control communications and expectations among and between our clients, our candidates, and AlignSource.  Our process includes:


  1. Spadework by AlignSource to understand our client upfront—your position in your community, your culture, your objectives, key players’ management styles and personalities, and company norms, values and attitudes
  2. A specific Needs Assessment that you, our client, help us formulate for the incoming manager or executive, including thorough specific position specs or job description, and performance expectations
  3. Search specific methodology – every search assignment we accept is different and requires a different road map to success
  4. Once we’ve identified and qualified key candidates, we go deeper.  We probe to understand their motivations, their hot buttons, and if passive, what drives them to decide to change jobs.  We use this information throughout the hiring process to ensure that they are in sync with your organization and your opportunity.
  5. Training our practice-group teams thoroughly, so that our recruiters truly understand candidate motivation and, if they are suitable, present them objectively to our clients.  We work hard on our process control, and pride ourselves on soliciting offers from our clients ONLY when we are near 100% sure of acceptance.
